If you’re here, it’s probably because you feel uncomfortable — with yourself, with others, or with the world.
You’ve tried everything to find balance in your life path, and yet, you still feel like you haven’t quite found the key.

After many different attempts, you’re still not getting the results you hoped for. The problem feels strange — it seems to know how to outsmart your resources, so nothing really changes.

I’m here to help you discover the problem from a deep psychological perspective.
Together, we’ll explore how the situation started, what keeps it alive in the present, and how you can free yourself from it.

What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a journey into the deeper layers of your psyche to uncover the origins of the behaviors and patterns that are keeping you away from peace and happiness.

It takes place in a space where you can talk about your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs without being judged. It’s like a mirror that helps you see the parts of yourself that are holding you back — the ones that are invisible, and therefore difficult to transform.

What does a psychotherapist do?

My work is to accompany you in discovering how the problem operates from a psychological point of view.
Through therapeutic dialogue, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your own psychological nature — and from there, we’ll be able to deconstruct the problem together.

How does transformation happen?

First, we’ll uncover how the problem was created and how it functions.
Then, you’ll be able to act differently — in ways that don’t go against your own values and beliefs.

As you begin to change, new challenges may arise. That’s a good sign — it means the problem is no longer invincible.
I’ll also accompany you during these moments, to ensure that positive changes become lasting ones and that these new challenges don’t lead you into a dead end.

Over time, you’ll notice that your perspective on life begins to shift, and your self-awareness deepens.
This allows you to take greater control over your thoughts, your emotions, and your life.

In short, my work is to help you discover your psychological nature so that you can regain power over yourself — and therefore, over your life.

What if I’m not sure what I want to change?

It’s completely normal to feel that way.

Sometimes we just sense that something inside us is keeping us from feeling at peace, but we can’t quite identify what it is.

As a psychologist, part of my work is to help you understand what the real problem is.
You might already see what’s happening on the surface, but you want to understand the root of it in order to transform it.

Through therapeutic dialogue, I can help you uncover what’s feeding the problem — and from there, concrete steps toward change can begin.

What is my therapeutic approach?

My way of doing therapy draws from several different perspectives.
Having a wide range of techniques allows me to choose the most effective solution for your specific situation.

The three main pillars that guide my work are:

Ethnopsychiatry

Your beliefs are likely shaped by the culture you grew up in. Through the lens of ethnopsychiatry, I can accompany you in a way that makes sense for you — without going against your identity.

Differential approach

You are a unique person with a unique story and unique challenges. I guide all my processes from this perspective, offering solutions that fit your personal life story.

Systemic thinking

You’re part of networks of relationships that influence who you are and how you act. Solving psychological problems isn’t just about your inner world — your interactions with others are just as important.

Do you have more questions?

Some situations are very specific, and it’s not possible to make quick assumptions.
In the same way, generic solutions don’t work for complex psychological issues.

Maybe you’re ready to begin your process of transformation but want more information, or perhaps you have a situation in mind and aren’t sure if I can help.

I invite you to get in touch so I can answer all your questions.
